Subscriptions and pre-orders:

Receive the desired titles as soon as they appear in your subscription box

Get a 20% discount on the Canadian price of your subscriptions and pre-orders which can be:

• Either applied directly to your purchases.
• Or given in the form of a First Issue cash rebate

Shipping and delivery:

Delivery possible by appointment within a radius of 15Km in Quebec. ($ 5) (Minimum purchase of $ 50, free for any purchase of $ 100 or more)

Mailing possible every month. ($ 15)

Politics

When opening a new file and in order to take full advantage of our discount policy, we suggest that you send us the following information by email:

1. A method of payment for products not picked for more than a month:

• Credit card
• Paypal
• Interac e-Transfer

1. Leave an address where to send reservations accumulated for more than two months (Postal charges of $ 15 minimum, variable depending on the volume)

In the event of a delay, we will email you a notice indicating the amount of your layaway. We will then send a request for payment or simply proceed to payment for your layaways using the payment method you have chosen.

The status of reservations will be checked before proceeding with the pre-ordering of new items during the week of the 15th of each month.

We reserve the right to cease subscriptions without notice and to relist bookings that have not been paid for and picked up for more than a month.
